- Make sure you can log in to the customer portal before you start.
- If you need an older bill, be ready to check the invoice or billing history section instead of only the main dashboard.
Steps
- Log in to the Purple Cow customer portal and open the billing or invoice area.
- Choose the bill you want to open and download the file if you need a copy.
- If you need more than one invoice, repeat the same steps in the billing history section.
- If the invoice you need is missing, reach out and say which bill date you are trying to find.
