Before You Start
- Check whether you want to add a regular card, a prepaid card, or a wallet-based payment option.
- Keep in mind that Purple Cow requires a card on file and autopay.
Steps
- Choose one of the accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit cards, prepaid cards, or Apple Pay.
- Add the card in the customer portal or through support if you need help.
- Avoid unsupported payment types such as online banking, direct debit, or e-transfer for routine account billing.
- Check your portal after setup to make sure the payment method saved correctly.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pay Purple Cow by e-transfer?
No. E-transfer is not an accepted routine payment method.
Can I use online banking or direct debit?
No. Those payment types are not part of the current accepted method list.
