- Look for a label on your Purple Cow modem, router, gateway, or fibre equipment that shows the default Wi-Fi name and password.
- If you use the Purple WiFi App or Purple Fibre App, open the app and check the current Wi-Fi details there.
- If you use your own router, check that router's app or admin page instead of the Purple Cow label.
- Once you find the right network, test it on one device before reconnecting everything else in your home.
